Q:  Who are CS Sameday Couriers?

A:  CS Sameday Couriers is owned and managed by Chris Sisson.

Chris worked for Pickfords Removals for several years, carrying out domestic and commercial removals throughout the UK and Europe. After leaving Pickfords Chris went onto work for a courier company in Nottingham before he formed CS Sameday Couriers in 2007.

Q:  I'm not a company, can I use your services?

A:  Yes, whilst most of our work is urgent express deliveries throughout the UK and Europe for business users, we are equally happy to carry out work for members of the public. CS Sameday Couriers often undertake removals to France, Spain and Portugal for private individuals.

Q:  What area do you cover?

A:  CS Sameday Couriers are based in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. We are within easy reach of Nottingham, Mansfield, Derby and surrounding areas for urgent collections. We also have contacts based all over the UK enabling us to get you consignment picked up and on its way quickly from anywhere.

CS Sameday Couriers can deliver to any UK or European destination.

Q:  How much dose it cost?

A:  Each job is priced individually, (see our Price Promise) we charge on a loaded mile basis from collection point to delivery point. Call us for a no obligation quotation, there are no hidden costs, all road tolls and ferry crossings (if applicable) are included in the price quoted. All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate of 20%.

Q:  What are your opening hours?

A:  CS Sameday Couriers are open for business 24 hours a day 7 days a week to meet the urgent demands of our customers. Whilst we are happy to take calls for urgent consignments at any time of the day or night, we prefer to deal with any non urgent jobs and quotations during office hours.

Q:  We need a courier for regular collections, can you help?

A:  Yes, CS Sameday Couriers are able to offer discounted prices on regular contract work. Please contact us to discuss your exact requirements.

Q:  How do I make a booking?

A:  Just pick up the phone and give us a ring, we can take details of the job, give you a price and make the booking in one easy phone call. We will sometimes ask you to confirm the details by E-Mail.

Q:  Do you need to Know the exact size of my item?

A:  No, we don't need you to give us exact dimensions or weights just a guide to ensure that we can despatch the correct vehicle for the job.

Q:  Do you get a signature for my consignment?

A:  Yes all consignments are always signed for. We are happy to use your paperwork to obtain a signature or we can supply our own. All European consignments are accompanied with a CMR document. If you require us to give you a phone call when your consignment has been delivered, just let us know at the time of booking.
